I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website. My experience was infuriating, and I feel completely ripped off. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery," but my order took nearly a week. I felt I had no choice but to keep trying their automated phone system until I could reach a live person to get my money back for a service I never received.
Customer: I finally got a person! I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order and it took six days to arrive. I want a refund for the shipping fee.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check your order. For the shipping fee refund, I will need to submit your request to the billing department for their review.
Customer: A request? You didn't provide the service I paid for. It's not a "request," it's a refund I'm owed. You advertised next-day and failed to deliver.
CS Rep: I do apologize for the inconvenience, sir, but that is our policy. It will be up to the billing department to approve the refund.
Customer: This is unbelievable. Everything is automated and when I finally reach a person, you can't help. This is horrible customer service.
