I'm writing this to warn everyone about my awful experience with GlassesUSA. I needed new glasses urgently, so I paid extra for express shipping, only to be left waiting for weeks. It's a terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. The complete failure to deliver on a paid promise forced me to call their customer service, hoping for some answers or at least a refund for the shipping I never got.
Customer: Hi, I placed an order on March 30th and paid for 3-5 day express shipping. It's been 11 days and my order is still "in production." I want my shipping fee refunded.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the delay with your order. Can I please have your order number to look into this for you?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. I paid extra for a service you completely failed to provide. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see the delay here, and I sincerely apologize. I have gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $10 shipping charge back to your account.
Customer: Fine, but that doesn't solve the problem. It’s been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting. Your service is terrible.
