⚠️ A Warning to Shoppers: Don't Fall for the Express Shipping Trap!


I'm writing this as a warning to others considering this website. My online shopping experience has been incredibly frustrating, mainly because the customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. I was ripped off for express shipping on several pairs and would never do that again! Just so you know, don't bother paying for the faster shipping because you still will have to wait a few weeks to get your glasses. After trying and failing to get help through their email and useless "live agent" chat, I felt I had no choice but to try and make my voice heard and hopefully get the refund I deserved for a service I never received.

Customer: My order is weeks late, and I paid for express shipping. I want that shipping fee refunded immediately. This is ridiculous. CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the delay and your frustrating experience. I can certainly look into this for you. Could you please provide me with your order number? Customer: It's #12345. I shouldn't even have to do this. Your email is a black hole and the chat is a joke. I just want the money back for a service you didn't provide. CS Rep: Thank you for that information, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication. I see the delay in our system. I have processed a full refund for your express shipping fee. You should see it back in your account within 3-5 business days. Customer: Fine. I'll take the refund, but it's a shame. You have a quality product ruined by piss poor customer service.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
