Customer: Your customer service bot was worthless, and I just want to know when I'll actually get my glasses. There's no date in sight, and I feel completely misled. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. It seems there was an unexpected delay in the production queue, which I sincerely regret. I can offer you a full refund on your shipping fee, and I'm escalating this for immediate dispatch. Customer: A refund on shipping doesn't make up for the missed trip or the outright dishonest delivery claim. Can you guarantee a delivery date, or tell me what further compensation can be offered for this complete failure? CS Rep: I cannot give an exact delivery date, but I've prioritized your shipment.
