A Customer Service Nightmare: My Frustrating Experience with GlassesUSA 😤


I'm writing this to warn others about my frustrating experience with GlassesUSA. I had a problem with my order, and trying to get it resolved was a nightmare, which led me to this conclusion: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. After struggling with their automated system, I finally reached a representative, hoping to find a solution.

Customer: I've been trying for an hour to get past your automated system. I have an issue with my glasses and it feels impossible to get help. Can you even do anything or are you just going to hang up on me?

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble you've had. I can assure you I am here to help resolve this. Could you please tell me about the issue with your glasses?

Customer: The coating is already peeling and I've only had them a week. It feels like I've been scammed. I want this fixed, and I don't want to talk to another robot or someone who's just going to disconnect the call.

CS Rep: That is absolutely not the quality we stand for, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I understand your frustration completely. Let's get a replacement order started for you right away at no charge.

Customer: Fine. Just send me the confirmation. I've wasted enough time on this. If this doesn't work, I'm done with this company for good.

CS Rep: Of course. I am processing that for you right now and will stay on the line until you receive the confirmation email. I want to make sure this is fully resolved for you today.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
